South Wales with it's dramatic coastline and rocky valleys offers a huge array of opportunities for rock climbing to suit any experience or ability.
Our qualified and experienced instructors will let you explore your capabilities in a safe environment. Coaching you in the various skills and techniques required to get to the top. Of course, once at the top, we have to get back down. Various options exist from simply walking to abseiling. If climbing up the rocks isn't your thing, then Gower offers some superb abseils that are exhilerating enough on their own.
Whether this is your first time, or you are looking to take your skills from the indoor climbing walls to the greater challenges of the cliffs, our experienced staff will look after you every step of the way.
