Time to get kitted up in full wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and an old pair of trainers and explore the dramatic coastline of Gower or Pembroke. This fast growing sport utilises the rocky coastlines to give us an amazing journey eploring caves, climbing across blank walls with the deep ocean as our safety net and swimming across hidden bays (sometimes with seals and other sea life).
For the thrill seekers out there we can jump from various heights along the way and play in the surf as it gets squeezed through rocky outcrops creating white water rapid-like features.
