Over the 4 sessions you will look at the building blocks used by the modern day climber to train effectively at there chosen climbing facility. The course will involve Practical as well as theoretical work and is aimed at helping climbers push past there current boundaries and reach there goals.
Duration – 4 sessions consisting of 1.5hrs each
Prerequisite – be a registered member of Dynamic Rock climb F6b or V2
Aim – To help climbers understand Training principles and how to apply them to there use of climbing facilities.

For those that have completed one of our courses we can offer advice and guidance on the next step. Our experienced staff can help you take your climbing further whether that is through one to one performance coaching sessions or introducing you to the outdoors or simply introducing you to other climbers with similar interests.
