Steffan - Instructor

Steff also started at Dynamic Rock by volunteering. Steff has now been with us for over a year and he has developed into an excellent instructor. You'll often see Steff running the Young Climbers Club sessions as well as Tasters and Intro Courses. Outside of work Steff enjoys Rock Climbing and volunteering at a local Reservoir running a variety of water sports. 

Meet the Team

  • Lola - Instructor

    Lola has been climbing at Dynamic Rock for 5+ years as part of the Dynamic Rock climbing team and she has competed all over Wales. Lola started volunteeing at the wall for her DofE and very quickly became part of the team. She loves making coffees in the cafe and help out on group sessions such as birthday parties. 

  • Rosie A - Instructor

    Rosie has been a part of our climbing team for 5+ years and she started volunteering at Dynamic Rock for her Welsh Bac. Rosie very quickly became a part of our team. Rosie now helps oversee reception/the cafe on Saturdays as well as helping out on group sessions. 

  • Josh – Coach

    Josh has been bouldering for years and recently crushed his first 8a! At the wall you'll find him give out Beta, coaching you up his routes or problems and bringing the psych. Josh oversees all NICAS coaching alongside Stephen as well as running Lead Climbing Courses and Route Setting. 

  • Steffan - Instructor

  • Steve – Manager

    Managing the centre on a daily basis is one side of the manager Steve. He is an outdoor all-rounder and is qualified in many outdoor activities. On his days off you will catch him speeding down trails on his mountain bike or rock climbing on Wales’ finest sea-cliffs.

  • Rosie – Development Manager

    Rosie is responsible for the centres' development, whether it is sessions, aesthetics, client base or staff. Loving all things outdoors you will regularly catch her zipping down MTB trails or enjoying the occasional rock climbing trip.
