Making a booking
At Dynamic Rock we receive a high volume of enquiries on a day-to-day basis and we happily respond to all enquiries however an enquiry is not a booking. When booking in any number of climbing participants for a session you must let us know the maximum that are likely to attend as on the day if the numbers increase and we haven’t had prior warning then we may not be able to cater for any additional climbers.
A deposit is taken during the booking process of any session at Dynamic Rock, once a deposit is taken the booking is considered as secured. Deposits are non-refundable however they are transferable if more than 24 hours notice is given (except group bookings, young climbers club, NICAS and mini monkeys). If you wish to cancel a booking but we are closed please leave a voicemail or you can email us or send us a Facebook message.
