Sport Climbing

Many of our indoor climbers dream of taking their skills outside, here at Dynamic Rock we have developed our Inside Out course which teaches you everything you need to know to transfer your indoor lead climbing skills to the sport venues and sea cliffs of the Gower Peninsula.

Our Inside Out course covers all you need to know to become confident outdoor sport climbers.

• 2 minimum per course 
• All kit is provided, however, you are more than welcome to use your own
• Courses consist of 2-hour session in the climbing centre followed by a day on the Gower Peninsula (location will be decided closer to the time)

Price

£95 per person

We keep our course numbers down nice and low so that you have the instructor all to yourself for the day and you can get in as much climbing and knowledge as you possibly can, however, if you would like a larger group session just get in touch.

There are prerequisites for the course to be sure that you are ready to take on real rock, these are:

• Must be able to lead climb confidently
• Must be able to confidently indoor lead climb 5+
